1. Interpretation and Definitions

Users who fail to submit the required documents within the specified period may face restrictions on deposit, withdrawal or wagering functions.

Users are fully responsible for the security of their accounts. Passwords must be kept safe and not shared with anyone. mega566 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login information.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

mega566 provides the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian users: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM50. The minimum withdrawal amount per request is RM100. Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes once the request has been approved.

• All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered in the same user's name.
• mega566 does not accept payments from third parties or accounts not named after the registered user.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to compliance checks before approval.
• mega566 reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal if there is suspicious activity that requires further investigation.
• Any taxes, bank service fees or related costs charged by the payment provider are entirely the user's responsibility.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

mega566 offers various types of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the terms and wagering requirements specified and vary according to the type of promotion.

The mega566 welcome bonus gives an additional 150% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Verified calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering required: RM150 × 10 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM2,200 → Bonus RM1,500 (maximum cap) → Balance RM3,700 → Wagering required: RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000

Additional terms relating to bonuses are as follows:

• Each user is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses may not be used to fund wagering on certain games that are excluded from bonus terms — the list of eligible games will be stated in the respective promotion terms.
• Attempts to abuse bonuses, including placing opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements, are prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation and account termination.
• mega566 reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the mega566 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws under their jurisdiction. Users are not permitted to:

• Share an account with others or allow another party to use your account.

7. Account Restrictions and Termination

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the mega566 support team. Any valid funds remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all compliance requirements have been met.
